At Catchr Fishing, Inc. (the developer of FishDexx), we respect your privacy and provide you with the ability to request deletion of your personal data.

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your account and associated data, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to our support team at:team@getcatchr.com
2. Include in your email:
   • Your registered email address or username
   • The subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
   • Any additional information to help us identify your account
3. We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation email once completed.

What Data Will Be Deleted

When you request data deletion, the following information will be permanently removed:

• Your user profile (username, email, profile picture)
• All catch records and associated photos
• Location data associated with your catches
• Crew memberships and related data
• Leaderboard entries and achievements
• Any stored preferences and settings
• Authentication tokens and session data

Data Retention Policy

Please note the following regarding data retention:

• Immediate deletion: Most personal data will be deleted immediately upon processing your request
• Backup retention: Data in backup systems may persist for up to 90 days before complete removal
• Legal compliance: We may retain certain data if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention, dispute resolution)
• Anonymized data: We may retain anonymized, aggregated data that cannot be linked back to you for analytics purposes
